The existing Pump House was re-modeled and extended to create a new Hotel. The steel frame in the foreground is the structure for the Mini Brewery. The steel frame was clad with precast (off-site) concrete panels. The building is situated on a raft slab foundation supported on concrete bored piers. This structure has now been twice relocated – Initially to Picton NSW then Papua New Guinea.
