The brewery was originally part of the Tamworth Golf and County Club (NSW) – It has since been deconstructed and reassembled at another location. The building is supported on a stiffened concrete raft slab. The building frame is a galvanised steel portal frame clad internally with insulated sandwich panels to both the wall and roof. Externally the building is finished in face brickwork. The insulated panels were used to speed up the construction program – Providing a clean watertight building at the earliest possible time – Facilitating the internal fit-out of the brewery while other building works such as the external brick works continued .
